WOW Three Months Since Last Entry :0)Okay, so it's been 3 months since my last entry. I know . . . your saying . . . No kidding . . . and your probably wondering that I must have had some good stuff going on since I haven't updated the site. Well unfortunately . . . NOT
 sorry!. I know, I know . . . you guys just like to hear about the gossip or stories. Well if you give me some time, I'm sure I can come up with one or two or a few  . Actually a lot of things have been going on, its not good or bad . . . its just life doing its routine as we try to keep up and hopefully be productive and good with the way we are spending our valueable time. My baby niece Leena is now her own little person. She still has no fear and is a very happy baby. Actually, people think that she is 3 or 4 years old as far as her physical appearance and she is barely 2. She is starting to talk a little more every day. She does the cutiest things and now she even repermands the dogs in spanish . . . it's too funny. My twin niece and nephew in Florida (Zain & Logan) are also growing just as fast and they are doing well. Also, this past Saturday I became an Aunt again from my younger brother David and his wife Sandra. My new nephew is Jayden Alexander. Can't wait to hear the stories about him. One of my good friends Jenna Star became a grandmother to two beautiful babies (both her daughter and son) had there children (I believe it was) 3 months from each other, Congrats Jenna, all the more love to go around. As for myself . . . well I have a few projects in the works that I'm attending to . . . I'm also learning and becoming really good at managing myself with the time that I have so that I am more productive and able to accomplish certain personal goals that I want to attain in my life. . . and finally doing lots and lots of reading and research.

Ang  Catching Up To You
Hey There: I know it’s been awhile since I have made an entry in here. There have been many things going on and never enough time it feels. So it’s catch up. Leena is doing great. She is her own little person wants to do everything on her own, independent, still seems to have no fear of anything with the things that she does. She is too cute and fresh in a good way. She finally ended up with three stitches on her for head and it’s as if it was no big deal because she kept going and going like normal. She is something else. I’m hoping to get some current pic’s of her on the site by this week.
As for me, I just finished coming back from an incredible weekend camping trip. It was awesome. And yes, a real camping trip where you don’t really get to shower and you go to the bathroom outdoors. No conveniences that we are use to. I’ll tell you what, Baby Wipes, Yup, that’s the way to go when you can’t take a real shower and you need to feel somewhat clean. They are the best thing. Everything about the camping trip was great, from the weather, to hanging out, to playing, to everyone’s company. The night was incredible with the campfire and the stars above. One Exception was the Saturday after noon, although still incredible I ended up hurting myself playing football, or more like catch a football. I pulled a calf muscle which was and still is painful. However I was pampered and spoiled which was great and then it was back to reality and back to the grown up world and responsibilities. I guess all good things end until the next time.

Fun Weekend at a Pro Female Basketball GameI have to say it’s been a while since I had good old fashion fun. For those of you who know me you will be very surprised to hear that I went to my very 1ST EVER Pro Female Basketball game. The team is called the Phoenix Mercury and are the defending Champions. It was a kick ass game and what made it fun was that I went with a friend who knew almost everything there was to know about each and every player includsive of the other teams player. As the game progressed, I was explained how it all works with a sense or sarcasim from my friend . . . my very own announcer
. To top it off I was hooked up with some great seats which were Center Court lower level which put us around the 10 row I believe. Either way, it was a fight to the end, I specially got a kick out of one of the newest team members Yuko Oga who was the smallest person on the team at 5’6, what speed and what a spit fire  . Even with her small stature she is a force to be reckoned with . Okay so the sad part was the Phoenix Mercury Lost by (4) lousy Points  , the score was 83 Mercury & 87 Storms. So with that said, if the Phoenix Mercury continues to play with that fighting spirit and consistency I just might be going to a few more games. Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the right person, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.
When the door of happiness closes, another opens, Often times we look so long at the closed door that we don’t see the one which has opened for us.
The best kind of friend is the kind you can sit on a porch and swing with, never say a word and then walk away feeling like it was the best conversation you’ve ever had.
It’s true that we don’t know what we’ve got until we lose it, But it’s also true that we don’t know what we have been missing until it arrives.
Giving someone all your love is never an assurance that they will love you back! Don’t expect love in return; just wait for it to grow in their heart. But if it doesn’t, be content it grew in yours. It takes only a minute to have a crush on someone, but it takes a lifetime to forget someone.
Don’t go for looks; they can deceive. Don’t go for wealth; even that fades away. Go for someone who makes you smile because it takes only a smile to make dark days seem bright. Find the one that makes your heart smile.
There are moments in life when you miss someone so much that you just want to pick them from your dreams and hug them for real!
Dream what you want to dream; Go where you want to go; Be what you want to be;
Because you have only one life and one chance to do all the things you want to do.

Are You Successful ?!How do you know, how do you classify success? Is it an individual's net worth or materialistic possessions as the norm would have it? And is it reasonable to say that success means many different things to many different people!
In a pleasant decision with a few close friends, it became apparent that we had at least one mutual perspective (which to some extent was influenced by some common books on personal growth that we have read) that is:
Your success is determined by three (3) things: 1.) What you know and believe in 2.) Your strategy 3.) What you consistently do day in and day out.
Let’s briefly think about this:
The First Step: What you know and believe in. This is the source of your aspirations, your desires, your drive. If you know what you want (whatever it is) and you believe whole heartedly in that, you will begin to move forward to achieving that goal.
The Second Step: Your strategy: Is to focus, organize your thoughts and plan how you wish to accomplish that which you want or aspire to be. Your strategy will keep you on track and it will guide you to achieve what you have set your mind to do.
The Third and final Step: What you consistently do day in and day out. Everyday you have a task, your game plan, your routine, that will allow you to get another step closer to your goals. It doesn’t matter if it’s a big task or small task. What matters is the progress or completion of the task on a daily bases.
Once you have applied all three aspects above, before you know it, you have become what "YOU" deem “successful” within your capasity and by your accomplished in that which you have set your mind to achieve and perhaps, through this, you will have presented a new perspective of what constitutes “success”.
A wonderful thought, isn’t it.

Si el cine esta lleno nos acostumbramos y nos conformamos con sentarnos en la primera fila aunque tengamos que torcer un poco el cuello. Si el trabajo esta complicado, nos consolamos pensando en el fin de semana y Si el fin de semana no hay mucho que hacer, o andamos cortos de dinero, nos vamos a dormer temprano y listo, porque siempre tenemos sueno atrasado.

It's been a little since I last wrote. I have been immersed in reading book after book these past two months, the way I use to back when I was in High School & College. It seems that my interest and focus at the moment is with Business Strategy & Personal Growth and as a result I have already gone through six great books which I have added here to my site.
Here is an article I came across worth contemplating on personal growth / monetary gain; written by John Assaraf:
Have you ever asked yourself what your highest income producing activity is? If you’re like most people, you probably go about your day-to-day business never really thinking about the moment-to-moment activities that consume your day.
Let’s assume that we each start with 365 days in a year. If we take away the following: 104 days—weekends 5 days—major US holidays 2 weeks—vacation 3 days—personal religious holidays
That leaves each one of us with approximately 238 days in order to earn the income we desire. Of course, we can add or delete days based on our own schedule and desires. If you multiply these 238 days times an average of 10 working hours per day, you are dealing with 2,380 hours of real work time for the year. So let’s do some math.
If your yearly income goals are as follows… $25k = you must be earning an average of $10.50 every hour of work. $50K = $21 per hour $100k = $42 per hour $250k = $105 per hour $1M = $420 per hour $5M = $2100 per hour $10M = $4200 per hour
In order to earn the income per year that you really want, you absolutely must be doing activities every hour that line up with this chart. If you catch yourself doing anything that isn’t your absolute highest producing income activity all the time, you are in effect making it much harder to achieve your desired financial goals:
What activity or activities generate your highest producing income? What are you spending your time doing? Are you focused on the real money makers or the real time wasters? Are you making it easy for yourself to be a high income earner or are you doing the things that can be done by someone whose income goal or ability may be less than yours?
I can tell you that when you start to look at each hour this way, you’ll stop doing the small stuff that can be hired out and you’ll start doing the real high producing stuff that yields big results.
Just look at your most recent 3-5 days and count the number of hours you spent really making the big bucks vs. all the stuff that you’ve done that creeps up on all of us. What you discover will amaze you. I’ve often said that it’s not the smartest among us that makes the most money, it’s the ones who do the smartest things consistently that win big! FINDING STELLA's New Band MemberChris & The Band seem to have found a New Backup Singer that appears to be the perfect fit with the band. Jessica brings to the group an impressive talented background as a musical theater performer who is also a classically trained pianist. Such a mixture of great musical talent can only serve to prove once again that Chris Snyder & Finding Stella have what it takes to make it to the very top. A Band that is respectful and grateful to all their fans for such support that has been shown to them throughout. Change is welcomed by Chris & The Band and as such they continue to grow better and stronger in there musical endeavors.
Therefore, A big Welcome goes out to Jessica the new member of Finding Stella.

Ang Baby Girl Takes Her 1st Steps
What a big surprise (a Fantastic one at that) lay in store for me when I came home. As I walked through the front door of my home, there standing up on her own two feet calling out "Titi" with a cool aide smile and her arms outstretched was my baby niece who began to take little steps towards me. And what do you think my reaction was, Yup that's what happened, I dropped everything, my bag, my keys you name it, it went to the floor and I started to walk slowly toward her with my arms reaching out to grab her as she continued to take her little steps my way. I was completely beside myself, as I picked her up, hugged her tight, almost in tears as she looked at me with such a smile. I can't explain how many emotions I went through at that very moment seeing my niece walking. Even her daddy (who is my oldest brother) got so so jealous that she did that with me and not with them. All I can say is that I am so very fortunate to have her in my life and that every day she manages to show me how beautiful life can be if only we just remember to take the time to stop, stay still for a moment . . . to see it and appreciate it. Life may be hard sometimes but its still remains beautiful. I love you baby girl. Titi

You Missed Out Big Time on an incredible experience and Shoshannah Beck's last performance with the band. Lot's of Things Going OnHey Everyone!
It's been a little since I last wrote. That's because this month seems to been a very active one with a lot going on.
1.) New Years came and went
2.) Next is the very "1st Birthday" of my two babies niece's & my one baby nephew on the 20th. So here is an early "Happy 1st Birthday, Leena, Zain & Logan"
3.) Started on Big Bro's Dedicated Page which is coming together nicely.
4.) Finished "Finding Stella's" Dedicated page which I thank all of you who are commenting on how much you are loving it.
5.) Speaking of Finding Stella, they are leaving to Australia to Perform on Jan 26th at one of the Biggest Event's / Venue there in an Exclusive 2 hour Set. So to Chris & The Band, Best of Luck & Have a Great Time wish I was there to see you perform and see all the screaming fans falling at your feet.
Lastly, quite a few of you have strongly voiced your request for me to add my Martial Arts Full Contact Career Highlights; I'll think about it. One, I'm not sure it’s appropriate for this page and two, I never was one for all the attention and hype it brought me when I was actively fighting defending my title, so I'll think about it, give me some time.

A good friend Leslie finally decided to be brave and start her very own Wireless Communication Business and launch her website which is www.champlinwireless.com. Personally its about time Girl, I am so so very proud of you, I was wondering how long it would take for you to finally go for it, I was almost afraid that you wouldn't but to my pleasant and very happy surprise you did regardless of the reasons. Now all you have to do is hold on with both hands and ride with it, you will do absolutely fine. You have the experience, you know what you are doing, your personality is wonderful, you have a loyal following and most important you have those of us who believe so strongly in you. So girl, its time to shine and work your magic. I wish you much success Leslie.
FINDING STELLA's Backup Singer
I hope this New Year has Chris bombarded with a line up of girls trying out to be the new backup singer for the band, after all it is a KICK A - - Band of Rising Stars. Okay Chris . . . work your magic, stop playing and just pick the best one out of the hundreds ... or is it thousands of potential backup singers and get back to work doing what you do so damn good which is singing and writing those engaging, sassy songs that we all look forward to

A New Year Has Begun
